紅燒苦瓜
Ingredients
bitter gourds 2 pcs
salt pinch
Seasonings
soy sauce 5 tbsp.
golden sugar 1/2 cup
Method
Clean inside of the gourd with spoon. Cut it into sections. Add salt to marinate it for 10 minutes. Rinse it off.
Heat oil. Fry gourd till its colour turns golden brown.
Cook gourd, soy sauce and golden sugar till the sugar had melt and the sauce getting thickened. Ready to serve.
