1/2 stalk of celery cabbage
1.5oz dried shrimps
2 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Chop celery cabbage into bigger pieces. Soak dried shrimps into water.
Heat oil in wok and fry dried shrimps and ginger.
Add chop celery cabbage and seasonings, Cook with low heat until celery cabbage becomes soft.
