豆干肉絲
Ingredients
dried beancurd 3
pork shreds 5 oz (shredded)
green onion 1 stalk (shredded)
chili pepper 1 (shredded)
oil 2 tbsp.
Seasonings
soy sauce 1 tbsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp.
salt pinch
Method
Shred dried beancurd.
Put oil to wok. Add pork shreds and stir-fry.
Add seasonings, green onion, and fresh chili pepper to wok. Cook until good flavor comes out. Serve.
