Fried Chinese Lettuce with pepper and perserved beancurd

Ingredients

  • chinese lettuce 10 oz

  • red chilli 1 pc

  • preserved beancurd 2 pcs

  • garlic 1 pc

Method

  1. Rinse Chinese lettuce and section. Drain.

  2. Rinse red pepper and shred. Mince garlic.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in wok. Add perserved beancurd, minced garlic and chinese lettuce. Stir-fry until done. Seasonings are not necessary for this dish.
