chinese lettuce 10 oz
red chilli 1 pc
preserved beancurd 2 pcs
garlic 1 pc
Rinse Chinese lettuce and section. Drain.
Rinse red pepper and shred. Mince garlic.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in wok. Add perserved beancurd, minced garlic and chinese lettuce. Stir-fry until done. Seasonings are not necessary for this dish.
