芥蘭炒牛肉
Ingredients
kale 10 oz
beef 5 oz
ginger 3 slices
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tbsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch
cornflour pinch
Sauce
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
water 2 tbsp
wine 1 tsp
Method
Slice beef and marinate with seasonings.
Heat somoe oil and soak beet slices until done. Take out and drain.
Rinse kale and section. Then blanch with pinch of salt and oil in water until done. Take out and drain.
Put in beef slices, ginger, kale and sauce. Stir well. Dish up and serve.
