turnip 1 pc
grass carp 10 oz
Garlic Stem 2 stalk
soy sauce 1/2 tbsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp.
cooking wine 1 tsp.
Pare turnip and chop it to pieces. Scale grass carp and rinse. Cut garlic stem into section.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil to wok and fry grass carp. Then add turnip and seasonings. Put water to wok. Water must cover turnip.
Cook it with high heat and then stew it with low heat until done. Put garlic stem sections to wok and stir for a while. Ready to serve.
