snow peas 5 oz
preserved sausages 1 pair
sliced ginger 3 slices
chinese celery 1 stalk
salt 1/4 tsp
wine 1/2 tsp
oyster sauce 1 tsp
Steam preserved sausages over high heat, slice and set aside the dripping of the preserved sausages.
Tear the tough strings off the snow peas. Discard all leaves of chinese celery and section.
Stir fry ginger and chinese celery with 2 tbsp of drippig of preserved sausage until fragrant. Add salt and snow peas, stir fry for a while, sprinkle with wine and add oyster sauce. Put preserved sausages into the wok, combine and dish up.
