蒜心炒牛肉
Ingredients
garlic shoot 1 pack
beef 5 ozSauce
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
water 1 tbsp
cornflour pinch
Seasonings

wine 1 tsp

Method
Rinse and slice beef and marinate with seasonings. Scald thoroughly in boiling water. Remove and drain.
Rinse garlic shoot and section. Blanch them in water with a little salt and oil. Remove and drain.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and add garlic shoot. Put in beef slices and sauce. Sprinkle some wine. Fry briefly for a while. Dish up and serve.
