Stir-fried Beef with Garlic Shoot

Ingredients

  • garlic shoot 1 pack

  • beef 5 ozSauce

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • water 1 tbsp

  • cornflour pinch

Seasonings

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • wine 1 tsp

  • pepper pinch

  • cornflour pinch

Method

  1. Rinse and slice beef and marinate with seasonings. Scald thoroughly in boiling water. Remove and drain.

  2. Rinse garlic shoot and section. Blanch them in water with a little salt and oil. Remove and drain.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil and add garlic shoot. Put in beef slices and sauce. Sprinkle some wine. Fry briefly for a while. Dish up and serve.
