Fried Chinese White Cabbage with Salted Fish

Ingredients

  • chinese white cabbage 1.4 lb

  • salted fish 1 slice

  • ginger 3 slices

Method

  1. Rinse sliced salted fish and debone. Diced.

  2. Rinse chinese white cabbage and drain.

  3. Add 2 T. oil to wok, Fry salted fish and ginger, then add chinese white cabbage. Stir well. Put 2 tbsp water into wok and cook until done. Serve.
