chinese white cabbage 1.4 lb
salted fish 1 slice
ginger 3 slices
Rinse sliced salted fish and debone. Diced.
Rinse chinese white cabbage and drain.
Add 2 T. oil to wok, Fry salted fish and ginger, then add chinese white cabbage. Stir well. Put 2 tbsp water into wok and cook until done. Serve.
