白豆角炒牛肉
Ingredients
long white beans 10 oz
beef 5 oz
minced garlic 1 tbsp
ginger 2 slicesSauce
light soy 1 tsp
cornflour 1/2 tsp
sugar pinch
pepper pinch
Seasonings
light soy 1 tsp
cornflour 1/2 tsp
sugar pinch
sesame oil pinch
wine 1 tsp
Method
Rinse and slice beef. Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes. scald in warm oil until done. Remove and drain.
Rinse Long White beans and Section. Scald in salt, oil and water until cooked.
Heat wok with 2 tbsp. oil. Saute crushed garlic, ginger and long white bean until fragrant. Pour in beef. Fry briefly for a while. Add in seasonings. Stir well and serve.
