Fried Shredded Pork with Kutchai Flowering Stem

Ingredients

  • kutchai flowering stem 1 pack

  • lean pork 8 oz

  • rec chilli 1 pc

Seasonings

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • cornflour 1/2 tsp

  • pepper pinch

  • wine 1 tsp

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • sugar pinch

  • water 3 tbsp

  • cornflour 1 tsp

Method

  1. Shred pork, marinate in seasoning 1. for 20 minutes.

  2. Discard old stems from kutchai flowering stem, rinse, cut into sections; discard seeds from chili pepper, shred.

  3. Heat 2T. oil, stir-fry pork until done, add kutchai flowering stem and chili pepper. stir well, then add seasoning 2., mix evenly. Ready to serve.
