韭菜花炒肉絲
Ingredients
kutchai flowering stem 1 pack
lean pork 8 oz
rec chilli 1 pc
Seasonings
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch
wine 1 tsp
light soy 1 tsp
sugar pinch
water 3 tbsp
cornflour 1 tsp
Method
Shred pork, marinate in seasoning 1. for 20 minutes.
Discard old stems from kutchai flowering stem, rinse, cut into sections; discard seeds from chili pepper, shred.
Heat 2T. oil, stir-fry pork until done, add kutchai flowering stem and chili pepper. stir well, then add seasoning 2., mix evenly. Ready to serve.
