choi-sum 10 oz
Minced fish 7 oz
scallion 1 stalk
oyster 1 tbsp
light soy 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
water 3 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
sesame oil dash
cornflour 2 tsp
Mince fish and mix it with seasonings. Stir until it turns sticky, then mix with diced scallion.
Shallow fry minced fish into circular shape with 2 tbsp oil. Shred into stripes when cooled.
Wash choi-sum and section. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry choi-sum, add 1/2 tsp salt. Dish up when choi-sum is thoroughly cooked.
Boil sauce, add fish stripes and stir fry. Mix well with choi-sum. Serve.
