Stir-fried Minced Fish with Choi-sum

  • choi-sum 10 oz

  • Minced fish 7 oz

  • scallion 1 stalk


  • oyster 1 tbsp

  • light soy 1/2 tsp

  • cornflour 1 tsp

  • water 3 tbsp


  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • sesame oil dash

  • pepper pinch

  • cornflour 2 tsp


  1. Mince fish and mix it with seasonings. Stir until it turns sticky, then mix with diced scallion.

  2. Shallow fry minced fish into circular shape with 2 tbsp oil. Shred into stripes when cooled.

  3. Wash choi-sum and section. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry choi-sum, add 1/2 tsp salt. Dish up when choi-sum is thoroughly cooked.

  4. Boil sauce, add fish stripes and stir fry. Mix well with choi-sum. Serve.
