Ingredients

  • taro 1 pc

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • water 6 cups

Method

  1. Peel and rinse taro. Cut into small pieces. Soak taro in hot salted water for 10 minutes then refresh and drain.

  2. Heat oil in wok, deep-fry sliced taro until golden. Remove and drain. Seasons with salt.
