Fried cashew nuts

Ingredients

  • cashew nuts 10 oz

  • water 4 cup

  • salt 1 tsp

Method

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to boil, add in salt and cashew nuts. Cook for 2 minutes. Take out and drain.

  2. Heat oil in wok, deep-fry the cashew nuts until golden. Remove and drain. Seasons with salt.
