White Turnip Cake

Ingredients 1.

  • stamed starch 7 oz (粘米粉)

  • flour starch 2 tbsp(澄粉)

  • water chestnut starch 2 tbsp (馬蹄粉)

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • chicken powder 1 tsp

  • sugar 1 tsp

  • pepper pinch

Ingredients 2.

  • shredded turnip 2.5 lb

  • diced preserved sausages 10 oz

  • diced cured meat 5 oz

  • diced dried shrimp 5 oz

Method

  1. Cook ingredients(1)and 1500cc water over a low flame.

  2. Cook ingredients(2)and 4500cc water until boiling, add Method 1 to mix well, and place in a steamer to steam for 1 hour, set aside to cool down.
