stamed starch 7 oz (粘米粉)
flour starch 2 tbsp(澄粉)
water chestnut starch 2 tbsp (馬蹄粉)
salt 1 tbsp
chicken powder 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp

Ingredients 2.
shredded turnip 2.5 lb
diced preserved sausages 10 oz
diced cured meat 5 oz
diced dried shrimp 5 oz
Method
Cook ingredients(1)and 1500cc water over a low flame.
Cook ingredients(2)and 4500cc water until boiling, add Method 1 to mix well, and place in a steamer to steam for 1 hour, set aside to cool down.
