Ingredients
black moss pick
scallop 3 pcs
shredded carrot 2 tbsp
half lean half fat 10 oz
green cauliflower 10 oz
Seasonings
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch
wine 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
Sauce
cornflour pinch
stock 1/2 cup
Method
Soak black moss and scallop until tender. Chop green cauliflower and clean.
Chop half fat half lean pork as ground, and mix it with black moss, scallop, shredded carrot and seasonings as groung shape.
Place pork ball in the dish. Steam it for 10 minutes.
Place green cauliflower, salt and 1 tbsp oil in boiling water until done well, and arrange it along the dish side. Thicken sauce with cornstarch solution, and sprinkle on the surface for serving.
