Ingredients
- white glue rice flour cake 1 pack
- cabbage 10 oz
- shredded pork 10 oz
- bamboo shoot 5 oz
- carrot 5 oz
- mushroom 6 pcs
Seasonings
- light soy 1 tsp.
- pepper pinch
- MSG pinch
Method
Cut white glue rice flour cake into pieces, and shred cabbage, mushroom, pork and bamboo shoot.
Place white glue rice flour cake in boiling water.
Add salad oil in a wok, place cabbage, pork, bamboo shoot and mushroom to stir-fry, and add MSG, soy to cook until cabbage tender. Add white glue rice flour cake to stir-fry well.
