celery 10 oz
cashew nuts 4 tbsp
diced lean pork 5 oz
red chilli 1 pc
Tear the tough strings off the celery, dice, parboil and rinse with cold water to keep it green.
Rinse lean pork and drain. diced. Marinate diced lean pork with seasonings for 20 minutes. Soak in hot oil and fry for a while. Drain.
Heat the wok with 2 tbsp of oil and garlic. Stir fry celery and diced lean pork quickly, sprinkle wine and turn off the stove.
Stir in dried nuts and dish up.
