Golden Chicken Brings Delight

Ingredients

  • chicken 1 pc

  • spring onion 2 stalks

  • minced ginger 1 tbsp

Seasoning

  • salt 1 tsp

  • wine 1 tbsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • dark soy 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. Wash the cavity of the chicken, rub the surface and cavity with 1/2 tbsp of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Rub the surface and cavity of the chicken with seasonings. Add spring onion and minced ginger in cavity.

  3. Steam chicken in boiling water for 25 minutes.
    Rinse chicken with ice water to make the skin crisp and chop it up when cooled.
