黑椒汁煎魚
Ingredients
Pomfret 2 pcs
shredded ginger 2 tbsp.
shredded spring onion 1 tbsp
Seasonings
salt pinch
wine 1 tsp.
black pepper pinch
Sauce
black pepper sauce 3 tbsp.
wine 1 tbsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp.
water 2 tbsp.
Method
Scale pomfret and wipe dry. Sprinkle with seasonings. Marinade for 20 minutes. Then fry with some oil until golden brown. Take out.
Heat wok. Add oil. Put in fish and shallow fry until both sides turn golden brown. Dish up.
Saute shredded ginger and spring onion. Add in sauce and bring to boil. Spread over pomfret and serve.
