青蒸桂花魚
Ingredients
fresh water grouper 1 pc
salt 1/2 tsp
shredded ginger 3 slices
spring onion 2 stalks
Seasonings
water 4 tbsp
light soya 1 tsp dark soya 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp.
Method
scale and remove entrials from grouper, wash and wipe dry, marinate with salt and leave aside for 10 minutes.
Shred ginger and spring onion.
Place the grouper on a plate, steam for 8 minutes, drain away juice.
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil, saute ginger and spring onion, add sauce and bring to boil, pour over steamed grouper, serve.
