白飯魚煎蛋
Ingredients
baby fishes 5 oz
eggs 4 pcs
chopped green onion 1 tbsp
oil 3 tbsp
wine 1 tsp
Method
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add baby fishes, chopped green onion, and wine to the bowl.
Put oil to wok. Fry the mixture until done.
