咖喱魷魚
Ingredients
reconstituted dried squid 1 pc
onion 1 pc
minced garlic 1 tbsp
Seasonings
wine 1 tbsp
curry powder 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
water 4 tbsp
cornflour 1 tsp
Method
Rinse squid, remove membrane, cut into three portions lenthwise, score, then cut diagonally into small section; cut onion into small pieces.
Bring half pot of water to a boil, add 1T. cooking wine, blanch squid until it curls, remove, rinse under cold water.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil, stir-ry garlic and onion until fragrant, stir in squid, add the remainder seasonings, mix well and remove to plate. Serve.
