海參炆肉碎蝦乾
Ingredients
sea cucumber 10 oz
ground pork 7 oz
dried shrimp 2 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
ginger 2 slices
spring onion 1 stalk
wine 1 tsp
Sauce
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
light soy 1 tbsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch
cornflour 1 tsp
water 1/2 cup
Seasonings
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch
Method
Wash sea cucumber. Heat 1/2 wok of water, add ginger, spring onion and wine, parboil the sea cucumber for a while, Remove and cut into section. Drain.
Marinate the ground pork with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Rinse dried shrimp.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil, stir fry garlic, dried shrimp and ground pork until fragrant. Add sea cucunber and sauce. Cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some parsley. Stir weel and dish up.
