Stewed Sea Cucumber with Ground pork and Dried shrimp

Ingredients

  • sea cucumber 10 oz

  • ground pork 7 oz

  • dried shrimp 2 tbsp

  • garlic 2 cloves

  • ginger 2 slices

  • spring onion 1 stalk

  • wine 1 tsp 

Sauce

  • oyster sauce 1 tbsp

  • light soy 1 tbsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • pepper pinch

  • cornflour 1 tsp

  • water 1/2 cup

Seasonings

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • cornflour 1 tsp

  • sesame oil pinch

  • pepper pinch

Method

  1. Wash sea cucumber. Heat 1/2 wok of water, add ginger, spring onion and wine, parboil the sea cucumber for a while, Remove and cut into section. Drain.

  2. Marinate the ground pork with seasonings for 20 minutes.

  3. Rinse dried shrimp.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp. oil, stir fry garlic, dried shrimp and ground pork until fragrant. Add sea cucunber and sauce. Cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some parsley. Stir weel and dish up.
