Fried Fish with Onion

  • seabream 1 pc

  • onion 1/2 pc

  • tomatoes 2 pcs

  • diced spring onion 2 tbsp

  • ginger 2 slices


  • pepper pinch

  • salt pinch

  • sugar pinch

  • salt 1/2 tbsp

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • water 1/2 cup

  • pepper pinch


  1. Skin and shred onion.

  2. Scald tomato in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove skin and seed. dice.

  3. Wash, wipe and rub seasoning on fish thoroughly for 1/2 hour. Drain and dust sides with cornflour evenly.

  4. Heat wok with 4 tbsp oil, add in ginger and fish. Shallow fry over low heat until golen, dish up.

  5. Saute onion and tomato. Add fish, sprinkle wine and add sauce, bring to boil. Add spring onion in sauce and bring to boil for a while. Serve.
