釀青椒
Ingredients
minced mud carp 5 oz
small green pepper 3 pcs
diced spring onion 1 tbsp
cornflour pinch
fermented black bean 1 tbsp
minced garlic 1 tsp
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tspcornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch
Sauce
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
water 3 tbsp
Method
Rinse the peppers, cut them lengthwise in half and remove the seeds. pat dry. Apply a thin coat of corn flour to the inside of the peppers and set aside.
Rinse the fish fillet, pat dry and mince it. Add in the chopped green onion and the marinade and stir until it becomes sticky. Suffed the minced fish in the peppers.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil to fry the peppers, stuffed side facing down, until the fish is cooked. Then flip it over to cook the other side.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil to fry Fermented black bean and garlic, add sauce. Stir well and Pour over the chilli. Serve.
