海參炆鵝掌翼
Ingredients
sea cucumber 10 oz
goose wing & feet 10 oz
dried mushroom 10 pcs
garlic 2 cloves
ginger 2 slices
spring onion 1 stalk
Seasoning
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
pepper pinch
Sauce
oyster sauce 2 tbsp
light soy 1 tbsp
rock sugar 1 pc
pepper pinch
cornflour 1 tsp
water 2 cups
Method
Wash sea cucumber. Heat 1/2 wok of water, add ginger, spring onion and wine, parboil the sea cucumber for a while, Remove and cut into section. Drain.
Rinse goose wing and feet. Cut goose wings into large pieces. Marinate goose wing and feet with seasonings for 30 minutes.
Rinse and soak dried mushroom until tender.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil, stir fry garlic, dried mushroom, goose wing and feet until fragrant. Add sea cucunber and sauce. Stew until sauce thiskens. Stir well and dish up.
