Ingredients
shrimp 1.4 lb
oil 1 tbsp
Seasonings
light soy 3 tbsp
shredded red chilli 1 tbsp
Method
Wash shrimp well.
Fill wok with water half way and bring to boil. Add one tbsp of oil to boiling water. Put shrimp into boiling water and stir well. Boil briefly until shrimp turns into pink color and curved. Remove from wok with a slotted spoon and serve.
Add shredded red chilli to light soy for dipping.
