frozen snappers 1 box
cornflour 2 tbsp
worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
wine 1 tsp
Defrost snappers. Rinese and wipe dry, Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Drain away the seasonings from snappers. Dust with cornflour. Deep-fry in hot oil till slightly browned. Remove and drain. Dish up and serve with Worcestershire sauce.
