Snappers with Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

  • frozen snappers 1 box

  • cornflour 2 tbsp

  • worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp

Seasonings

  • wine 1 tsp

  • pepper pinch

Method

  1. Defrost snappers. Rinese and wipe dry, Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes.

  2. Drain away the seasonings from snappers. Dust with cornflour. Deep-fry in hot oil till slightly browned. Remove and drain. Dish up and serve with Worcestershire sauce.
