480g Chinese white cabbage

- Nourish the five parenchymatous viscera, lower the "heat" especially in the stomach.
Cut out the head of the cabbage and wash it clean.Shell and chop the thousand year egg．Clean and shell the salty egg, then smash the egg yolk with the back of your knife, save the egg white.
Peel and slice the garlic, saute it with oil.Then add in the minced pork, followed by the cabbage. Lastly add the saIty egg yolk and the chopped thousand year egg.
When the cabbage are tender, add the egg white. Serve immediately.
