Abalone Salad With Oyster Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Canned Abalone
  • 480g Lettuce

Seasoning:

  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 3 teaspoon sugar

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 6 teaspoons stock

Healing Effect

  • Improves the kidney "qi", replenishes the body "yin".

Method

  1. Cut the abalone into small thin slices. Soak in ice water briefly and drain. Cut the inner part of lettuce into thick shreds. Wash with ice water and drain.

  2. Dissolve the sugar into stock. Pour in the oyster sauce. Toss to make oyster juice.

  3. Taste. Add in the sesame oil and toss well.

  4. Put the abalone slices on the surface of shredded lettuce. Pour the juice over the abalone. Serve.
