栗子炆雞
Ingredients
chicken 1/2 pcs
chestnuts 20 pcs
sliced ginger 3 slices
Marinade
wine 1/2 tbsp
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1/2 tsp
Seasonings
water 3 cups
light soy 1 tbsp
sugar pinch
pepper pinch
sesame oil dash
Method
Cut chicken into pieces, mix well with marinade and marinate for a while.
Boil chestunts for 6 minutes, then peel the shell and skin.
Saute ginger slices with 2 tablespoons oil, take them out, dump chicken pieces, chestnuts and seasoning in. Bring to boil with medium heat until sauce thicken. Dish up and serve.
