豉汁蒸雞
Ingredients
chicken leg 2 pcs
fermented black beans 1 tbsp
minced garlic 1/2 tbsp
minced red pepper 1/2 tbsp
scallion 1 stalk
Seasonings 1:
wine 1 tbsp
cornflour 1 tbsp
Seasonings 2:
wine 1 tbsp
light soy 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
water 2 tbsp
Method
Chop chicken into small square pieces, rinse and drain, marinate in seasoning (1), then line on a steaming plate. Chop scallion and set aside.
Heat 2T. oil to stir-fry minced garlic, fermented black beans, minced chili pepper and seasoning (2), stir until fragrant , drizzle on the chicken pieces, steam in a rice cooker with 1 1/2C. water in the steamer until the button pops up.
Remove chicken, stir well, place on another serving plate, sprinkle minced scallions on top. Serve.
