Herb-Bake Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken 1 pc

  • aniseed star 1 pc

  • cinnamon 1 samll pc

  • spring onion 2 stalks

  • parsley 2 stalks

  • ginger 2 slices

  • tin foil 1 sheet

Seasonings

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • light soy 1 tbsp

  • wine 1/2 tbsp

  • resurrectionlily powder 1 tsp

  • sesame oil 1 tsp

Method

  1. Wash chicken and wipe dry. Rub inside and outside of chicken thoroughly with seasoning. Stuff inside with aniseed star, cinnamon, spring onion parsley and ginger. Marinate for half hour.

  2. Grease tin foil to wrap up chicken with breast upward. Place on roasinig plate.

  3. Preheat oven over 180 oC for 15 minutes before use. Bake chicken for 50 minutes.

  4. Cut chicken in pieces and serve .
