蒜泥白肉
Ingredients
pork 1.4 lb
stalk spring onion 1 pc
slices ginger 3 slices
Seasonings
dark soy 1 tbsp.
sesame oil 1/2 tbsp.
salt 1/4 tsp.
chilli oil 1 tbsp.
sugar 1 tsp.
fine stock 2 tbsp.
mashed garlic 1 tbsp
diced spring onion 1 tbsp.
Method
Rinse pork. Put whole piece of pork in hot water and add in ginger, spring onion and a pinch of salt. Boil over medium heat for about half hours. Leave it to cool.
Cut pork into thin slices and arrange on a plate.
Mix well seasonings and mashed garlic. Pour over the pork. Serve.
