Fry BBQ Pork with Eggs

Ingredients

  • BBQ pork 5 oz

  • eggs 3 pcs

  • chopped green onion 1 tbsp.

  • oil 3 tbsp.

Seasoning

  • salt 1/4 tsp.

  • pepper pinch

Method

  1. Shred or dice BBQ pork.

  2. Mix eggs with salt, pepper and shredded BBQ pork and stir gently.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in wok. Add the mixture and fry, Sparkle with chopped green onion and serve.
