叉燒炒蛋
Ingredients
BBQ pork 5 oz
eggs 3 pcs
chopped green onion 1 tbsp.
oil 3 tbsp.
Seasoning
salt 1/4 tsp.
pepper pinch
Method
Shred or dice BBQ pork.
Mix eggs with salt, pepper and shredded BBQ pork and stir gently.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in wok. Add the mixture and fry, Sparkle with chopped green onion and serve.
