Fry Pork Shreds with Dried Beancurd

Ingredients

  • dried beancurd 3

  • pork shreds 5 oz (shredded)

  • green onion 1 stalk (shredded)

  • chili pepper 1 (shredded)

  • oil 2 tbsp.

Seasonings

  • soy sauce 1 tbsp.

  • sugar 1/2 tsp.

  • salt pinch

Method

  1. Shred dried beancurd.

  2. Put oil to wok. Add pork shreds and stir-fry.

  3. Add seasonings, green onion, and fresh chili pepper to wok. Cook until good flavor comes out. Serve.
