豬肉蒸蛋
Ingredients
ground pork 5 oz
eggs 2 pcs
diced green onion 1 tbsp
Seasonings
soy sauce 1 tsp.
salt 1/2 tsp.
wine 1/4 tsp.
water 1 tsp.
Method
Mix green onion, seasonings and ground pork well.
Add 2 eggs and mix. Add mixture to steam for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
