Pork Chops with onion

Ingredients

  • Pork Chops 4 pcs

  • sliced onion 1 pc

Seasonings

  • soy sauce 1 tbsp.

  • sugar 1/2 tsp.

  • cornflour 1/2 tsp.

  • black pepper 1/2 tsp.

  • sesame oil dash

Sauce Quantity

  • cornflour 1 tsp.

  • soy sauce 1/2 tsp.

  • sugar pinch

  • black pepper pinch

Method

  1. Wash and bat the pork chops . Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes.

  2. Heat oil, shallow-fry the pork until their surfaces turn golden brown.

  3. Heating 1 tbsp. oil, fry sliced onion, add sauce and 1/2 cup of water to boil.

  4. Put the pork in the boiling sauce to cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
