洋蔥豬扒
Ingredients
Pork Chops 4 pcs
sliced onion 1 pc
Seasonings
soy sauce 1 tbsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp.
cornflour 1/2 tsp.
black pepper 1/2 tsp.
sesame oil dash
Sauce Quantity
cornflour 1 tsp.
soy sauce 1/2 tsp.
sugar pinch
black pepper pinch
Method
Wash and bat the pork chops . Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Heat oil, shallow-fry the pork until their surfaces turn golden brown.
Heating 1 tbsp. oil, fry sliced onion, add sauce and 1/2 cup of water to boil.
Put the pork in the boiling sauce to cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
