花炒豬肚
Ingredients
pork belly 1/2 pc
spring onion 2 stalks
ginger 3 slices
garlic 3 cloves
Chili Pepper 2 pcs
Seasonings A.
oil 2 tbsp.
flour 3 tbsp.
vinegar 3 tbsp.
salt 1 tsp.
Seasonings B.
baking powder 2 tbsp.
water 1 cup
Seasonings C.
salt 1/2 tsp.
pepper pinch
vinegar dash
Method
Cut open pork belly to remove excessive fat. Use "Seasoning A" to remove the stickiness. Rinse it.
Cut pork belly into fine slices. Marinate them in "Seasoning B" for 8 hours. Rinse and Drain them.
Fine slice green onion, ginger, and chili pepper.
Pour boil water over pork belly. Blanch it.
Sante (3) with 3 T. oil. Add (4) and "Seasoning C" in. Taste better when it's hot.
