咸魚蒸肉餅
Ingredients
ground pork 10 oz
salted fish 1 slice
shredded ginger 1 tbsp
Seasonings
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
wine 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
pepper pinch
sesame oil dash
Method
Rinse sliced salted fish and debone. Diced.
Mix diced salted fish, seasonings and ground pork well.
Put shredded ginger over the ground pork.
Steam ground pork over high heat for about 15 minutes. Serve.
