Sweet and Sour Pork chop

Ingredients

  • sliced pork chop 6 pcs

  • cornflour 3 tbsp

Seasonings 1.

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • wine 1 tsp

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • cornflour 1 tsp

  • sesame oil pinch

Seasonings 2.

  • light soy 1 tbsp

  • dark soy 1 tbsp

  • sugar 4 tbsp

  • vinegar 4 tbsp

  • cornflour 1/2 tbsp

  • water some

Method

  1. Rinse sliced pork chop, marinate in seasoning (1) for 20 minutes.

  2. Mix sliced pork chop with cornflour, deep-fry in smorking oil until crispy, remove.

  3. Stir-fry seasoning (2) with 2T. oil, return pork chop, stir rapidly and well, remove and serve.
