糖醋豬扒
Ingredients
sliced pork chop 6 pcs
cornflour 3 tbsp
Seasonings 1.
sugar 1/2 tsp
wine 1 tsp
light soy 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
Seasonings 2.
light soy 1 tbsp
dark soy 1 tbsp
sugar 4 tbsp
vinegar 4 tbsp
cornflour 1/2 tbsp
water some
Method
Rinse sliced pork chop, marinate in seasoning (1) for 20 minutes.
Mix sliced pork chop with cornflour, deep-fry in smorking oil until crispy, remove.
Stir-fry seasoning (2) with 2T. oil, return pork chop, stir rapidly and well, remove and serve.
