肉碎蒸茄子
Ingredients
ground pork 5 oz
eggplant 10 oz
scallion 1 stalk
Sauce
light soy 2 tbsp
boiling oil 2 tbsp
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch
Method
Ground pork marinate with seasonings.
Rinse egg plants. Cut into long shreds and arrange on plate. Place marinated ground pork on egg plants.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded scallion. Add in sauce and serve.
