Deep-Fried Pork Steak

  • pork tenderloin 1/2 catty

  • garlic 2 cloves

  • bread crumbs 1 pack

  • egg 1 pc

  • cornflour 2 cups


  • wine 1 tbsp

  • light soy 2 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • water 3 tbsp

  • cornflour 1 tsp


  1. Cut pork into thick slices, tenderize with the flat of the knife, score tendons.

  2. Combine all the seasonings, mix well, add minced garlic, marinate pork for 20 minutes.

  3. Prepare 3 plates, one for dry cornstarch, one for beaten egg. and one for bread crumbs, coat the pork with one layer of cornstarch, then egg, then bread crumbs, press tight. Deep-fry in smoking oil until crispy. Remove and serve.
