Steamed Pork and Perserved Vegetable

Ingredients

  • ground pork 10 oz

  • preserved vegetable 2 stalks

Seasonings

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • cornflour 1 tsp

  • pepper pinch

  • sesame oil dash

Method

  1. Soak and wash preserved vegetable. Squeeze dry and dice.

  2. Mix diced preserved vegetable, seasonings and ground pork well.

  3. Steam ground pork over high heat for about 15 minutes. Serve.
