ground pork 10 oz
preserved vegetable 2 stalks
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil dash
Soak and wash preserved vegetable. Squeeze dry and dice.
Mix diced preserved vegetable, seasonings and ground pork well.
Steam ground pork over high heat for about 15 minutes. Serve.
