榨菜炒肉粒
Ingredients
loin pork 5 oz
soy beans 5 oz
pickled mustard root 1 pc
red chilli 2 pcs
spring onion 1 stalk
ginger 2 slices
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch
Sauce
cooking wine 1 tsp
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
sesame oil pinch
water 1/2 cup
cornflour 1 tbsp
Method
Rinse pork and dice. Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Soak and wash hot pickled mustard root and slice it. Squeeze dry.
Seed chilli and cut into large pieces.
Heating 2 tablespoons oil, put the pork, soyableans and red chilli in to stir-fry gently until pork changes colour and take out.
Add 2 tablespoons oil, put the hot pickled mustard root, spring onion and ginger in to stir-fry well, add the (4) and sauce to stir-fry well until cooked. Serve.
