香芋肉末
Ingredients
taro(Medium) 1 pcs
ground pork 8 oz
scallion 1 stalk
Seasonings 1.
wine 1 tbsp
light soy 1 tbsp
sugar 1/2 tbsp
Seasonings 2.
dark soy 1/2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
pepper pinch
water 4 cup
Method
Heat 2 tbsp oil, stir-fry ground pork until it changes color, add seasoning (1), stir well, remove.
Chop scallion and set aside.
Peel taro, rinse, cut into cubes, stir-fry with 2tbsp oil, add seasoning (2) and bring to a boil, return pork and cook until the flavor is absorbed and the liquid is dry, sprinkle with chopped scallions. Remove and serve.
