Ground Pork with taro

Ingredients

  • taro(Medium) 1 pcs

  • ground pork 8 oz

  • scallion 1 stalk

Seasonings 1.

  • wine 1 tbsp

  • light soy 1 tbsp

  • sugar 1/2 tbsp

Seasonings 2.

  • dark soy 1/2 tbsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • sugar 1 tsp

  • pepper pinch

  • water 4 cup

Method

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil, stir-fry ground pork until it changes color, add seasoning (1), stir well, remove.

  2. Chop scallion and set aside.

  3. Peel taro, rinse, cut into cubes, stir-fry with 2tbsp oil, add seasoning (2) and bring to a boil, return pork and cook until the flavor is absorbed and the liquid is dry, sprinkle with chopped scallions. Remove and serve.
