Ingredients
tomatoes 4 pcs
sliced pork chop 4 pcs
scallion 1 stalk

light soy 1/2 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
pepper pinch

cornflour 1 tbsp

tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Method
Rinse tomato, score with a cross, blanch in boiling water, remove, peel off skin, slice.
Rinse sliced pork chop, marinate in seasoning (1) for a short while; cut scallions in small sections.
Heat 2T. oil, fry sliced pork chop until done, remove the pork, use the remaining oil to stir-fry scallion sections and tomato slices.
Return sliced pork chop and add seasoning (2), stir well. Ready to serve.
