Pork Chop with Tomato

Ingredients

  • tomatoes 4 pcs

  • sliced pork chop 4 pcs

  • scallion 1 stalk

Seasonings1.

  • wine 1/2 tbsp

  • light soy 1/2 tbsp

  • sugar 1 tsp

  • cornflour 1 tsp

  • pepper pinch

Seasonings2.

  • light soy 1 tbsp

  • salt 1/4 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 tbsp

  • cornflour 1 tbsp

  • water some

  • tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Rinse tomato, score with a cross, blanch in boiling water, remove, peel off skin, slice.

  2. Rinse sliced pork chop, marinate in seasoning (1) for a short while; cut scallions in small sections.

  3. Heat 2T. oil, fry sliced pork chop until done, remove the pork, use the remaining oil to stir-fry scallion sections and tomato slices.

  4. Return sliced pork chop and add seasoning (2), stir well. Ready to serve.
