Steamed egg with lamb bone marrow

Ingredients

  • 320g lamb bone marrow

  • 160g mutton

  • I piece tangerine peel

  • 1 bottle fresh milk

  • 2 slices ginger

  • 4 eggs

  • adequate coriander

Healing Effect

  • Good for the brain and waist, strengthen the kidney "Qi" and the legs.

Method

  1. Minced the mutton, braise with one and half bowls of water to make al bowl of soup.

  2. Remove the membrane of the bone marrow, break it into small pieces and cook it with salty water. Chop the tangerine peel and ginger. Beat the egg until fluffy.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together and beat well, brush away the bubbles on top. Pour the egg mixture into individual bowls and steam it over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with white pepper and fish sauce. Garnish with coriander.

Practical Tips:

  1. Steam egg over low heat or it will be overcooked.

  2. You can also bake it in the oven or heat it over the stove before serving.

  3. You can replace the lamb bone marrow with pig bone marrow.
