320g lamb bone marrow
I piece tangerine peel
1 bottle fresh milk
2 slices ginger

Steam egg over low heat or it will be overcooked.
You can also bake it in the oven or heat it over the stove before serving.
You can replace the lamb bone marrow with pig bone marrow.
