1 can of chicken broth or 4 cup of water
Few drops of soya sauce
pinch of salt
1 can chicken broth (big)
Beat the eggs thoroughtly, Remove the bubbles on top of it. Put salt and mix it with chicken borth.
Boil the water with a wok or a steaming pan, put the mixture on a plate and steam for 5 minutes. dish up and serve.
You can put a bit of soy sauce on top. (for taste or coloring)
